Getting loan quotes going against me?

I am trying to find a cheaper deal for my existing loan.
I have a £12500 loan from Natwest with an APR of 8.9% over 60 Months with Monthly payments of £256

I am trying to get a cheaper deal elsewhere, and possibly extended the number of months from 5 years to 7 so that my Monthly payment is more affordable.

Natwest will not extend my loan period to 84 months unless I take the loan up to £15000 and I wont be saving that much on a monthly basis.

I just got a credit card from Natwest with 13months interest free balence transfer, and applied for a quote from Halifax and Sainsburys to refinance my loan over 84 months and pay off the £240 on my visa card.
Halifax offered me a 10% apr and Sainsburys declined me.
I have since written to Sainsburys for a reason why I was declined.

My credit score from Experion is 880/1000 which they class as fair (with good and excellent abve it)

I wanted to see what Tesco would offer me, but since being declined from Sainsburys I don't want to try elsewhere in case this is all going against me.

I have read as much as I can on this site, but there is so much to take in its quite overwhelming!

Any help/guidance would be appreciated!!!!
