Anybody got any recommendations of where I can buy dishwasher? Dont want to spend more than £400 ideally. Never bought one before so no idea what makes are good. Integrated full size
Currently have a Lamona.
All the websites I look at - most models out of stock!

The best one I ever had was a Neff. You could remove the top tray basket & move the water inlet thingy so that you could fit large items in like the shelves from the oven. They are expensive but I was lucky & got mine from an ex kitchen display - it had never been plumbed in!:j Proud Member of Mike's Mob :j0

I've had some success buying off eBay from people who have had a kitchen make-over. I got a very little used Bosch machine for £60. We've had a couple of Bosch machines and found them to be ok.The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0

I paid £429 for a Blomberg LDV42244 14-place integrated dishwasher about 18 months ago from HBH Woolacotts, an independent Euronics domestic appliance superstore in Cornwall. It’s performed flawlessly. I think I read that Blomberg are versions of Beko models. Plenty of programmes and a projected point of light that shines in the floor when it’s in a washing/drying cycle.
The only negative that I can think of is that the method of attaching the front panel was a bit of a faff, but it’s lasted 18 months so it has worked okay so far.At the same time I bought a freestanding one (Blomberg again, LDF30110W £279) that’s had far more use at my girlfriend’s house than mine has. This has been faultless too.Arch0 -
Thanks. A lot of the shops seem to be struggling with supplies at the moment dnt know if it's a nationwide problem.0

We bought a Blomberg a little over three years ago (have a five year warranty) - it broken down end November (got in touch with Blomberg in December), have had two engineer visits and it's still not working.
I've now been escalated to the "exec team" and still awaiting for parts 2 weeks later in spite of several assurances they have been dispatched. The Blomberg team take an absolute age to respond to emails (and the support centre have no trace of us or our appliance). When they did eventually get in touch, they asked for information we had already provided!
The measure of the company is how they perform when things go wrong, and would never, ever buy another Blomberg (or Beko) appliance ever again.
Our previous dishwasher was a Bosch. This broke down once (under warranty) and fixed same day.
We now need to find out exactly what our rights are to see if we can get a refund so we can buy a dishwasher from a company we trust. We had to wash up over all over Christmas & New Year (family over so more washing up than usual) and I do not intend to be washing up over Easter.

Bosch is ours, been fine for the 6 years it's been in operation.
Look for one with a top tray for cutlery.
The basket is annoying us now.0 -
Avoid Beko.
Mine is a free standing slimline. It's just over 2yo , been used for about 18 months, every other day so not mega use. Think the call out charge to inspect it is between £70 / £90. Needless to say I will not be buying this make again. previously had 2 Hotpoint models.
This only had one year warranty. one of the engineers I spoke to (local repair man) said most of calls he got were to dishwashers in the 2 to 3 year group.
Inbuilt obsolescence!Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!
