Flipping idiot, I only asked if my item had been posted. He said it will be with me shortly, so I asked again if it had been posted, becuase his reply didn't really answer my question, and he says you leave me bad feedback then i leave you bad feedback and that will teach the post office a lesson!! Honestly, like I'm scared of bad feedback!! I'm not bothered my feedback will represent the transaction. I paid over 2 weeks ago and shiping is stated as within 2 days of payment. Should have received my item by i think!

Why will it teach the post office a lesson???0

Use the "report an item not received" link with ebay and see where you get from there. Even with the heavier post at the mo I would have thought you would have received it by now."Life may not always be the party you wish for, but whilst here you may aswell dance"!!!

I have no idea, that's what he put. You'd think I was harrassing him, but I only asked once, and then I asked again the next day becuase I didn't get a straight answer. Thing is this seller has thousands of positive feedback, so I supposed there is a posibility that I'm the odd sale that doesn't go smoothly. Still, I'll leave it another 7 days then start an item not received dispute.0 -
with a reply like that i would file right now.
unaceptable comms IMO0 -
I always file an item not recieved 2 weeks after I have paid.
The seller may have already sent it and realised it may have got lost in the post.0 -
More than 2 weeks is definately long enough to wait. Open an item not received dispute.
Seller sound like a bit of a jumpy idiot.0 -

Same here, although I usually email the seller 1 week after I paid if it hasn't shown up to ask when they posted it and to let them know that it hasn't shown up yet, 2 weeks is long enough to wait for an item, if you have no contact from the seller you usually find that once you open a dispute it gets their attention in the end.
A seller should message you to let you know when they've sent your item really, I think it's only polite to let the buyer know when you've posted their item out to them so that they can get an idea of when it might show up, I do it myself.
Just remember that the feedback system is there for you to let others know about your experience.
I can't believe the amount of people that won't leave Negatives because they are too scared of getting one back, I have seperate buying and selling accounts so if I get a nasty seller who gives retalitory Negs it won't impact on my selling account feedback, that way I get to warn others if a seller is bad, it doesn't matter to me if my buying account gets Negs.Following the Slimming World Plan and Exercising
