Iwanna wheat bag

Options
Can anyone suggest where the cheapest place would be to get a wheat bag. I know the most money saving way would be to make one but I don't have time. Have looked online and the cheapest I can find is about £10 but I am sure last time I bought one I only paid about £5. I don't mind whether it is a high street or online store.

  • They seem to be available almost everywhere. I bought 2 last week from the pound shop (£1 each)

    Gosh that was cheap

They have them in Wilko for £3.99, and they do a small one in DP which comes in a bear/santa .... for £6. Be warned though these things absolutely stink after using them for awhile! I have a gel bottle which I got from Lidl for about £3.50.

Will have a look in Poundland and Wilko tomorrow. Thanks
  • "The Works" had them in = 2 for £5. Not as cheap as pound shop but then not everybody has a pound shop.

No, you're not stupid. It's a bag (all sorts of shapes, but often long enough to go round the neck) made from cotton and filled with wheat (or sometimes cherry stones). They often have a velvety loose cover too.

They are heated in the microwave for a few minutes and used on the body where you may have aches and pains. Can be very soothing, especially if a few drops of lavendar oil are added to the cotton cover.

My local Wilko and Poundland didn't have any but I managed to get one in T J Hughes for £3. Thanks to all for suggestions.
