Notice of Enforcement

Morning, I need some advice if you'd be so kind
I apparently have a CCJ on my file from a previous employer. I've had a notice of enforcement today (first communication), I've tried to ring the office to set up a payment plan but have been told that I need to wait for the bailiff to come and go a controlled goods order before I'm allowed to set up a payment plan.
Background
I was offered a job within a private care company, before my training began I completed a health declaration which listed my back problems and medication I take. a week later I started training, 3 weeks in I was told they were "unable to make the necessary adjustment to my needs" and that they don't think my medication will be safe (trazadone, for sleeping) as if I do a sleep in shift I may have to get woke up, was their reasoning, so I was sacked and on my way, 4 weeks later we moved home.
A year later I get this notice of enforcement, they've taken me to court and got a CCJ for training costs of £950 approx.
So I am assuming they've been contacting me through my old address, and not this one.
I'm annoyed, I should have been able to challenge this but I didn't get the opportunity - but alas. Is there anything I can do to stop these people visiting my house? I won't be letting them in, I want to set up a payment plan but as I suffer with severe anxiety and depression (for which I get pip and a carer for) I'm just going to be crying and panicking every day until they turn up
NoE states my name, my new address, who I owe money to, how much £950.58, details of the court County Court Money Claims Centre, with interest and compliance stage fee, time and date in which I have to pay in full

You don't have to let the bailiff in. They have no power to force entry, so our advice is to talk to them through the letterbox (if necessary).
If you want to pay this then work out how much you can afford, and start to pay it. If they persevere with the bailiff you can apply to the court to suspend the warrant and vary the order on an N245
