I imagine if it’s been sold on it’s still able to be chased as it isn’t written off.
if the agency is only working for Provident and doesn’t own the debt than I imagine it would have been written off now. You’ll need to either call them and check or check they’ve not sent you emails or a letter at the end of last year confirming so.0
