Coventry BS
Does anyone have any experience with them? I'm a nervous wreck because we bought a house after the 1st lockdown and it fell through due to seiss grant paid the same month as we applied for mortgage.

@khtaylor FWIW (not much!), as a broker my experience with them has been largely positive and I quite like their Flexx range.
You've done the right thing by using a broker and Coventry does not deduct the SEISS income, they usually just need to see recent bank statements clearly showing a return to normal levels of business. Fab! Our broker has been amazing, but he did say that they do deduct the seiss grant, although we were still withing affordability1

@khtaylor Interesting, perhaps policy has changed recently. I had to use them for this specific reason for a client who needed an offset product and to maximise borrowing.khtaylor said:Fab! Maybe he got it wrong but regardless I'm sure it will all work out. 🤞0
