January sees my £7k kitchen loan paid off It's such a weight of my mind and now I can start saving. Although it is a bit miserable starting at the beginning as the savings are small, and it takes ages to build. But everything worth having takes time.

  • I am sorry but I completely disagree with this approach. It is a dangerous and an unhealthy approach. A balanced diet and regular appropriate exercise are all that is needed in the long term. The main focus of your diary should be debt reduction. There are other threads for weight loss.
  • Sorry! No offence meant. Deleted that bit 🙂
