Hi all you lovely lot

I am just curious if any of you regularly apply to be on TV game shows? If so which ones would be you top picks and why? 

Or have you been on one before? What was it like and did you win?

Id personally want to go on something with as little general knowledge as possible 😅

I managed to convince my partner to apply for The Cube once, he didn't hear anything back.

I often think it would be great for go on The Wheel, although I wouldn't like the spinning bit! But the contestants don't usually have to spin as much as the Celebrities. But you just know the questions wouldn't fall your way, or if I did get selected, I'd probably get shutdown pretty quickly. 

Catchphrase and Family Fortunes looks like fun and you come away with money even if you don't go through to the final, I think, which would be a good incentive. 

I don't think I would be confident enough to be centre of attention though and would be too scared to look like completely silly, but I do often try to tempt my partner to apply, so far I have been unsuccessful, I'll keep trying

Me & my partner have both applied to be on who wants to be a millionaire. The online application questions were really hard! You have to also do a video introducing yourself etc. You have to be one of those types of people who are really interesting and have loads of hobbies, and I'm not one of those standout people hahaha.

I have been in the audience for a few things - You can get tickets for free from various sites. I've seen the chase, Martin Lewis Money Show (I was on the camera loaaads  ) & Michael McIntyre's big show

There  have been articles about this on the main site - "the coupon kid" was on, and won some money, with the C4 show money bags a couple of weeks ago
