At present I own a property jointly with my husband.

I recently bought another property in my name only. I am higher rate tax payer.

Would it be better if I transfer my second property to my husband? as he is basic rate tax payer.

Also can I complete Land Registry TR1 Form myself or do I need to do through solicitor.
