I placed an order with Asda to be delivered on the 7/1/22, driver arrived within the allocated delivery time.
He bought 2 crates of my shopping up and while I was unloading the crate he and his van disappeared presumably taking my near £50 of the remainder with him leaving the first 2 crates outside my door.
After several phone calls to customer services and going through the online refund request as all items where shown as delivered my request has now been rejected leaving me very much out of pocket.
Just wondered if anybody has had a similar experience with Asda and how you dealt with it to get your money back.

Email the company and tell them the list of items delivered and those not delivered. Tell them that unless you either receive the missing items within 48 hours or a refund for the missing items you will instigate county court action for the refund plus all costs and compensation. This normally does the trick, I have done it a few times but not with food items they don't want customers shopping at other stores.
Someone please tell me what money is

Does this mean you still have the crates?
If so then it must be obvious the driver shot off PDQ.

Eight out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred other peoples gardens
  • So I am trying to do this but it wont accept my order number in the form, seriously never using this company again.

Yes I've put them in my garage for now.

Take phots & ring customer services. Tell them. Ask them for an address & named person to write to, so you can 'discuss' the return of their crates which you are storing and will charge £25 storage fee per crate.
