Employer still hasn't paid me.

I worked for M&S very briefly but left because the hours were too much with an existing job I was already doing and still am.
During that time I notice they paid me £490 for some reason. I asked and they said it was a "HR error". This was before my first paycheck was even due.
They said they needed for me to give them some more details so they could pay me. I gave them the details.
Wasn't paid the Friday after that (the day they are supposed to pay you).
Nor the Friday after that. Or that Friday or this Friday.

I have called up multiple times but can't even get through to their shoddy line, and when I do get through, I either get told to call another department, they hang up on me, or the phone battery dies from waiting so long.
There is no email to contact them. They don't even accept letters anymore due to "covid".
It's an absolute travesty. Considering they haven't even taken the money they overpaid me out of my account, I am thinking considering I've endevaoured to do my best to contact them, I should just give up and wait to see if they want the money back. When you take into account the hours Ive worked, they've only overpaid me by like £90-£100, I know they have six years to ask for this, but with that being a small amount and me already working it will be easy to pay back if needed.
What should I do? I can't get through to HR or anyone.
Thankls

You had a lot of advice on your last thread,  including about this issue, most of which you didn't seem to like.  Did you take any of it?
None of it was about what to do if your employer isn't paying you, which is the subject of this threat.

Yes it was.  There was loads of advice about the overpayment you received and the fact that you said you also hadn't been paid. People even gave you the address to write to (and nobody is refusing to receive post due to Covid). How much of the advice you got have you taken?
look at the M&S website. It says
"we're no longer accepting whitemail due to Covid-19, please contact us via phone or email"

An employer cannot take an overpayment out of your account, so it's not their fault that they haven't
