The official site is Staples and it has a blue tick.
The other official site where they usually host competitions is Staples UK.

If you have been contacted by anyone else, it is likely a scam and is super common for people to do this on social media - Facebook, Twitter and Instagram in particular.

When winning a prize, you shouldn't usually need to click any links and you certainly shouldn't need to give any personal details including bank details. It is usually just your email address (if you have won a code for something) or your postal address. Occasionally some people will ask for your number to help with posting and the courier.

Thank you to everyone who posts competitions and good luck to everyone who enters.
