Are there any tax return benefits when employing a Nanny?

Hi,
I know I have left it late but I am due to complete my tax return for the past year, still a few weeks to go!
With an OT tax code I need to complete a return each year but this year we have employed a nanny and pay her tax and NI via the Nanny Tax portal. Does anyone know if there are any benefits I can claim again my own tax return as a result of employing a nanny? Sorry if this is a stupid questions but this is all new to me? I have previously completed my own tax returns but no wondering if it is worth getting an accountant? Thanks
