Authority to Proceed

Hoping you can help, but I submitted the app for Help to Buy equity loan on 17/12 which was annoyingly returned 21/12 as I forgot to add the reservation fee on form and they wanted me to change the build completion date from March to April (something about funding)

Anyways, I re-submitted the form within the hour on 21/12 but I'm still awaiting the authority to proceed.

Does anyone have any timescales for H2B agent 2? Worried about the exchange deadline and my broker wont submit mortgage until ATP comes through

My H2B folk were super helpful when I phoned them - first to get the ATP but also when I was within hours of running out of mortgage offer on their authority to complete. They have a system where their manager allocates their workload for the day and then at the manager's discretion some files are put into an urgent folder.... Have you tried phoning them - sometimes takes a while to get through but always helpful...
