Hello. 
Is there anyone on here who can advise me if a mortgage is possible?
I have 2 defaults from telecommunications one has been settled and the other is unsettled and due to fall off my credit report April 22 and the other Dec 22.
I have a settled water bill from 2019 which was paid within the month. 

Is it possible?

@DJames88 - we have used London & Country a few times. They're not always the most responsive (I get the impression they're a big outfit), but they've always got us the best outcome and have delivered in the nick of time.
