Time for a plan

Hey all,
I do want to preface that I am not making this diary as a way to brag, I am lucky I am where I am and I know that some people are in a worst situation than me.
I don't really have debts but I am having issues controlling my finances.
I graduated last year and got a job that pays quite well, however, I am considering moving to a different position that would pay me less.
As such I want to document my current spending to see if realistically I would be able to take this position while still putting some money aside.
My main issue is treating myself and loving nice food. I really know I could spend a lot less than what I am currently spending but I first want to document it before I make a clear plan.
As such here is my diary.
My goal is to reach 10 no spend days in January.
And a spending budget of £250 (Includes Grocery/Eating out/ Health and Beauty...)
I will update this diary every other day I think.
So far I spent:
Sainsb@ry's: £14.49, £31
Amaz@n: £1, £15,
