The Prize: One seven-night (7) Luxury Included® (all-inclusive) holiday for two (2) adults (over 18) at Sandals Royal Curaçao in one (1) deluxe room with a king size bed (subject to availability and selected dates) and two (2) economy class return flights from London Heathrow, Birmingham, or Manchester Airport subject to availability. *The prize value of £6,000 is an approximate total cost for two people and depends on travel dates selected. Prize winner and their travel companion must both be over 18. Sandals Resorts is a Luxury Included® couples only resort destination. The accommodations will be in a deluxe room (one king size bed), inclusive of all meals, unlimited premium brand spirits, daily & nightly entertainment, an array of land and water sports activities, including daily scuba diving (where available - for certified divers only), snorkeling, Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas, resort gratuities, resort taxes and Sandals Resorts transfers to and from the resort’s designated airport.The Sandals Prize excludes: Domestic transfers including any internal flights or transportation to the UK departure airport, spending money, telephone calls, Red Lane® Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes and purchases made at the Sandals Resorts Specialty Shops. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the Sandals Prize package description (see above), including but not limited to, all ground transportation (outside of local airport to resort round trip transfers in Curaçao), travel insurance, passenger tariffs or duties, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees and taxes. COVID tests required for travel or when returning to the UK are not included. 

The Sandals Prize is subject to Sandals Resorts’ standard terms and conditions (available here: www.sandals.com/terms-conditions/), and Sandals Resorts reserves the right to relocate the Sandals Prize winner and travel companion from Sandals Royal Curaçao to an alternative Sandals Resort if accommodations become unavailable for the travel dates booked due to any circumstance(s) beyond the resort’s control. One entry per household. Employees and their immediate families of Unique Caribbean Holidays (UK) Ltd., Unique Travel Corp, and their associated agencies or affiliated companies are not eligible to enter to win.Travel insurance with comprehensive COVID-19 cover, Visas and ESTA’s are not included and must be purchased before travel, if required. All guests are required to provide evidence of comprehensive travel insurance before departure. Unique Caribbean Holidays (UK) Ltd. and Sandals Resorts International Ltd. does not provide travel insurance. Passports are required for international travel and must have at least six months validity from when the trip finishes (i.e., the date you travel home).The Sandals Prize is subject to availability and can only be taken during selected dates between 14th April 2022 – 14th April 2023. The Holiday cannot be taken during peak seasons (Easter, July, August, December and New Year) and cannot be confirmed until 90 days prior to departure. Restrictions and blackout dates apply, including but not limited to: 23rd July – 21st August 2022, 26th December 2022 – 1st January 2023, 12th – 24th February 2023. Once dates are confirmed, there will be an administration fee for any changes made to the reservation. The Sandals Prize must be redeemed before 14th April 2023 and it is strictly non-transferable, no cash alternative and non-redeemable for cash. If the winner is unable to redeem the Sandals Prize within the specified time the Sandals Prize will be forfeited. Prize value, if stated, is an approximate value only based on select travel dates. PRIVACY POLICY/USE OF DATA: Only the name and contact information of the prize winner will be provided to the Sandals prize provider and administrator of the Sandals prize. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provides a number of protections for use of personal data collected and processed. Any personal data collected from the Sandals Prize Winner and provided to Unique Caribbean Holidays (UK) Ltd. as the Sandals Prize Provider and Administrator of the Sandals Prize for redemption purposes shall be subject to the privacy policy of the worldwide representative of Sandals Resorts (available here: www.sandals.com/terms-conditions). Unique Caribbean Holidays (UK) Ltd. will only use the personal data of the prize winner and travel companion for the purposes of administrating the Sandals Prize redemption, unless the Prize winner and travel companion provide express consent signifying their agreement to any other processing or use of their personal data. For Prize redemption purposes the personal data collected from the Prize winner and travel companion will be shared with the Prize Provider’s reservations affiliate and the resort which are both located outside of the European Economic Area.  Each Entrant agrees and as a condition of possibly being awarded the prize to release and hold harmless the Sandals Prize Provider and its affiliated companies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and insurers from and against any and all claims, causes of action and/or liability for any injuries, illness, death, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into the competition or receipt or possession, use or misuse of the Prize or any element thereof.Guests are responsible for checking the travel and entry protocols for the destination that they are travelling to before they depart and ensuring that they fully understand and comply with any such protocols. For example, for some destinations, may require all guests to be fully vaccinated and/or to obtain a negative PCR COVID-19 test a certain number of days before travel, and post travel when travellers return to the UK. Guests should visit the UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (“FCDO”) website before travel and check the official Government website for the country they are visiting to ensure that they comply. Unique Caribbean Holidays (UK) Ltd. and/or Sandals Resorts International Ltd. shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred for any required for COVID testing, quarantine, or any other costs not included in the Prize description.
