I owe you another PM @Spendless but have to say the trains to/from London have been pants for weeks but agree it doesn't help when you board the wrong one!! 

I have only bought a couple of rolls of wrapping paper in the sales - only 2 as I was in Ts on foot and had some foodie bits to get. I also got some bottle bags and gift bags in Poundland reduced to 25p each (25p for pack of 2 bottle bags). The tree and other decorations will come down later and I will use my new bauble storage box - it's the small things. I have enough cards to last me at least the next 2 Christmas's as only send around 25 most of which are hand delivered.

I had a quick look on Body Shop/M&S/Boots/L'occitane sale websites and nothing jumped out at me. It's SIL's birthday at the end of the month, so do need something for her, but will gird my loins and go in person to have a look. We are going to Eltham Palace on Saturday as took out EH membership last May. Used it 3 times when we were on Isle of Wight for our silver wedding anniversary in June and haven't used it since. Might pop into some shops nearby on the way back to have a look.

All fresh Christmas food has now gone but we still have a lot of cheese plus chocolates/biscuits. I had no need to buy any of that in Sains on NYD! That's the thing with WFH, you can't offload the goodies to anyone like when you work in an office!
