Nearly there!

Im almost sorted, just need a few pointers from those in the know. Apart from the 2 forms what do I need to take to the court?

When the OR calls me what info will I need to give them?

All you need to take to court is the forms, the money and yourself.

The OR will go through your I&E with you and ask you about your debts and the reason you got them.

Cheers Tiger. My bank accounts overdrawn but not at its limit, should I still use it?
  • If you have no other way to live ie eat, pay essential bills until BR then you will have to.

  • Hi Gaz, only use it IF it is ESSENTIAL money to live on. You will have to explain to the OR your spending, and certainly any recent spending. If you take your OD to the limit (and that limit is high) the OR may look a little unfavourably on you, but if its needed this week to eat/pay bills then its usually just a case of explaining that to the OR.
Really, as long as you can and are prepared to explain your spending then the decision is yours.
