I have a charging order on a property owned by my ex partner. It was placed in 2008. Is it still valid and will I ever see what I am owed?

Depends if they ever sell

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
