The employees NI saving will probably be paying for administration of the scheme via a third party.

Thanks for all the replies.
I've done some further research and look likely to be taking this up. I only have two concerns which so far have gone unanswered from AVC Wise even though they promised they'd call.
How would this affect my calculation for my final salary pension? Bearing in mind I think they take into account the last 3 years before I retire.
And how will this affect my CMS payments? The CMS took over 3 years to get my payments correct so I don't want to deal with them if I don't have to.
