Where can I find the current version of the Mortgage Adviser Code of Conduct and the current policy for how members who wish to contact an adviser or the firm of an adviser who posts here should proceed?
There used to be one here bu it's now not accessible, at least to me: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/325378/mse-coms-mortgage-adviser-code-of-conduct . That may be the link to the version which for a long time was a sticky post.

So, the mortgage adviser code of conduct for the board required mortgage advisers to refer to the mortgage adviser code of conduct. However, the code of conduct is not available any more or perhaps not applicable any more. In which case, do mortgage advisers still need to have the board required sig?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

That also included the way in which those aren't advisers could refer others to advisers. Deletion to possibly withdraw a fifteen year policy doesn't seem sufficient, particularly for those seldom reading this board.ACG said:You can PM whoever you like.
