I am looking to repay my BTL mortgage with Birmingham Midshire and the only way I can find to contact them is to call and their queues are currently 40 minutes.  I need this within a few weeks so it isn't urgent so an email would be ideal for me to send (and it would leave them free to help the people who need urgent help) but I can't find one anywhere.  Does anyone have a contact email address?

They won’t reply via email as you could be anyone and they need to verify you are the customer.

But they could post it to the address on file which is all I am looking for.  I am just looking for a way to request this without waiting for 40 minutes in a queue.

40 minutes is a fairly light queue for most lenders at the moment.
