Mortgage with Progressive Building Society

Does anyone have any experience mortgaging with Progressive Building Society? The rates look very low but I’ve spoken to two brokers and they both recommended another building society which rates 1% higher. I’m going to speak to them both tomorrow and ask why they’ve suggested the ones they’ve suggested. I’ve also never heard of this building society (but that’s not particularly abnormal).
