I think that the problem is that if you answer the question a certain way then the following question will need tobe filled in, if you answer the question in a different way then the follwi ng question is irrelevant.
On the question that became irrelevant i scrolled down to "Other" and in the box that appears below i entered "N/A" the submit button then went green and i was allowed to enter .5 -
