Is there a way to shop from a "US delivery only" site? :-(

Hello all. I've just filled by online basket with some much needed items only to get to the checkout where they deliver to a US address only. Is there such a thing as a company that allows you to deliver to their US address so that they forward it to you in the UK?
The reason people don't move right down inside the carriage is that there's nothing to hold onto when you're in the middle.
