Hi there, just want to say thanks all for creating a helpful and encouraging environment during this bankruptcy process. My 12 months is up in a few days and I wanted to ask - do you automatically get discharged or do you have to wait for a letter confirmation from them 1st? As far as I can see I'm up for automatic discharge so just wondering what happens next? Also are there any last minute things I need to be aware of before I close out? All the best!

At midnight after 12months you are automatically discharged
If you check on the Insolvency service site and click on your name..
status will say discharged. This stays there for 3 months so print of a copy for your reference
