Another company is using Martin Lewis' name without his consent

I have received several spam / phishing emails with Martin Lewis' name attached offering me advice on bitcoin. A I know he does not advertise any products, this is clearly another instnce of someone trying to profit from the illegal use of his name,
I will include the text of the email and then the message source, and hopefully a print out of the email itself.
