If its under £135 total package cost then the overseas company should be adding UK VAT; I've not read any guidance that a B2B where the receiver is UK VAT registered is treated any different (but havent read extensively). try saying that to business who are losing money trading with the EU and the reams of paperwork that goes with it. Brexit is causing prices for everyone to rise. You think we don't pay import and tax duties on goods bought from EU?
