Interactive Investor slow

Personally, I don't really have too much of an issue with this, because I have a method that solves it. It results in more and exponentially smaller crystallisation requests to Interactive Investor than otherwise, but since they do not charge individually for each BCE, there's no added cost to me.Thrugelmir said:Vote with your feet if you don't like a particular service. Little point in moaning about it.
By comparison, moving to Hargreaves Lansdown would cost me well over £2,000 per year more in charges, given what I hold. For that amount of money I'll cheerfully swallow a small amount of additional administrivia.

Just to provide my own crystallisation experience with ii from this week.
I completed the online form on Monday morning to part crystallise my SIPP (took five mins), and the tax-free lump sum landed in my account on Friday afternoon. (I had sold investments a few days before starting the process to ensure the lump sum could be paid out of cleared funds.). All very painless and quicker than I expected.
