I can knit but get fed up with how long it takes. Although I'm only a basic knitter. I have knitted a couple of jumpers many years ago, as well as a few scarves.
This Christmas I thought I might get some wool and knit my own in January.
However I'm not sure where to start. Are there any recommendations for a really quick and easy jumper, on big needles that I can make and wear and show off my handiwork.
I'm most comfy in an oversized baggy v necked jumper.
Thanks.

Have a look at King Cole chunky and super chunky jumper patterns they used to do quick to knit jumpers. James C Brett too. No idea if they still do but I used to buy them from the Big River Site. Lots of different brands of patterns there.A lot of my favourite jumpers were from Sirdar patterns . Some are hard to get now but sometimes there'll be a wool shop or other seller on the site worth looking at . I picked up some that way.pollyIt is better to light a single candle than to curse the darkness.

Here's a link to a Ravelry search for free patterns for ladies jumpers knitted in bulky yarn. Hope it helps.
My favourite bulky weight jumper, the Owls Sweater isn't free but it took me less than 3 weeks to knit. I'm planning on making another in the new year. Last time, I knitted it in L!dl's Zettle Alina, which is 100% wool, very soft and, at the time, cost me £25 for enough to make the Owls jumper and another, short-sleeved top.
Sadly, it's easier to predict the lottery numbers than to predict when L!dl will stock their yarns, but Black Sheep Wools are selling West Yorkshire Spinners Re-Treat pure wool for £6.50 per 100g ball. (I'm a size 14 and 5 balls of that would make me another Owls.)
