I did an application with them last month, I think it was about 5 working days to assess the application.
It was a little complicated but I added a note to explain things, all done with no additional requirements.

I love Skipton, one of the few lenders to get through the whole pandemic looking good. Service levels barely dropped.

  • I’m also waiting, been about a week so far waiting but got a letter confirming my direct debit details - said I should hear back soon.
  • Hi there, at the moment our average turnaround time from application to offer is 9 working days. However as I'm sure you're aware, it is dependant on the application. Some applications are more straight forward and will therefore take less time, other cases may be more complex and take us a little longer.

If you have any questions around an application feel free to contact us via our social media channels.

On the 2nd February, I submitted an application to them.
93 minutes later we had the mortgage offer issued.

As much as I would like to take credit, I think I have to give Skipton credit where it is due.
I love Skipton, they are a cracking lender to deal with.
