Flixbus: A Cheaper Way to find fares

I was spending a bit of time looking online planning a bit of travel around the UK over the next few months (obviously taking into account Covid) and I found this interesting little tip for Flixbus (a European coach company that serve several destinations in the UK).
When booking a ticket with them, instead of going to www.flixbus.co.uk and using the UK site (paying in GBP), you go to the global.flixbus.com site and pay in Euros (if your bank doesn't charge for paying in foreign currency).
I found that using the Flixbus Global site instead of the UK site, taking into account currency conversions and booking fees, I have saved an average of £1.12 per booking (taking into account of the booking fee on the UK site). I know its not much in the grand scheme of things, but it can all add up.
An example of this is Birmingham - Manchester. One trip I looked at was £2.99 on the UK site (plus £1 booking fee). By booking on the global site, I paid £2.88 with no booking fee as I paid for it in Euro.
Whatever you do though, don't buy on the US Flix site as they charge more.
