Big prize concerns

Apologies in advance for the rant but I'm getting really hacked off with the promoters of a competition that I won back in October and along with no prizes received, the silence from them is deafening. 
I received an email on Oct 19th informing that I had won the TechRadar Choice Awards voting bundle. The 4 prizes have a value of £1800 and that they would be sent 'shortly'

I sent my details to which I didn't receive a response thanking me for sending them. That's fair enough as promoters don't always do this.

I sent a nice email on Nov 1st just enquiring as to when I might receive them. Again, no response and I'm thinking that's a bit rude

I sent another email on Nov 8th, this time CC'ing in the phones editor from Futureplc (They're the promoters and he was originally CC'd in the winning email) asking if my details had been received and he replied "Thanks for chasing up. Apologies for this - my colleague Hazel is sorting the prize at the moment, but it hasn't arrived with us yet. We're hoping to have a firmer update for you later this week." again, I didn't hear anything.

Sent my last email on Nov 30th telling them in the nicest possible way that I'm finding the lack of communication disheartening, very grateful to have been picked, appreciate there will be delays etc but would be grateful if they could keep me in the picture. Again, no response!

Am I being unreasonable? I've been around the comping block many times and I don't think I am.  If it was a small prize I'd probably not give it a second thought and just wait for it to eventually appear but it's a fairly major prize and we're at the 50 day mark.
Not actually sure what to do now. I mind many moons ago having to get Edwin Mutton from the ISP to sort out a missing prize for me but he's well gone now and would rather not go down that route.

Do they have pages on Facebook or twitter they might not like contact that way and react properly

They're on Twitter but it's not used too often. I think I'll message TechRadar to see what they say
