Third Party Delivery Vendors

Hello, I have tried to place this question in the closely appropriate section.
I am currently having extensive issues with Yodel’s service to my property. It’s a slog to get a parcel to arrive and i can’t remember the last time i didn’t have to intervene to receive my goods.
I have started referring straight to the company i ordered from to avoid contact resolution with Yodel but I want to actively avoid Yodel altogether.
Is there anywhere specific i should be looking to understand who is providing a delivery service for company before purchasing with them? I have found a website called Yodelhell but wanted to know if there was somewhere else.
I feel like i should be able to make an informed decision about buying online and Yodel as a third party delivery vendor. Ultimately, i don’t want a company to have my business if they are linked to Yodel.
Hope someone has some thoughts or help. Thanks in advance for any support or response!
