Getting a mortgage with a temporary job

Hi folks, I'm wondering if anyone can give me advice on getting a mortgage with a temporary job. My current situation is that I've been in the same job for a year and a half now, earning decent money and with a decent deposit, so I'm able to afford the kind of property I'm after. However, my job is technically temporary; there is no set end date and I'm expecting it to continue for a while. It's not a zero-hour contract though, I do five days a week. I don't think lenders would even need to see my employment contract, but my contract states that my assignment can be ended at any time for no reason.
Can someone point me to some lenders that seem to be ok with temporary employees? Maybe if someone else is in a similar situation and has had a mortgage approved.
Thanks

Are you a contractor that gets a daily rate and it gets renewed say it was originally 6 months and got extended? Virgin money, metro bank etc are usually flexible.
Get a broker.
How long have you been in the role? The bank will want to know you have been in this role for some time, they will request your employment contract, bank statements etc.
If the role can end any time, how will you keep up with the mortgage payments? do you have savings? what the LTV is etc will all impact the lender's decision.2 -
I've been doing it for a year and a half now and there is no set time, it's just ongoing.0
