Prize Draw Terms and Conditions for Wingstop UK, Seasoned Greetings campaign 2022

By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
The prize draw is being run by Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd (WINGSTOP UK).

Eligibility to enter

The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age
In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted. Once you have won a prize, you will be removed from the rest of the draw.
The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

To enter into the Seasoned Greetings prize draw you must sign up to the campaign using the url www.wingstop.co.uk/xmas and agree to the terms of the campaign.
You can enter the draw from 25th November 2022 until the 23rd December 2022. The campaign will run from the 1st December 2021 (first prize draw) to 23rd December 2021 (last prize draw). Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd (WINGSTOP UK) will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize

Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd (WINGSTOP UK) will prize draw a total of 12 prizes. Each prize will be announced via Wingstop UK’s Instagram platform (@InstragramUK) on odd dates throughout December during the period the campaign will run (1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 17th, 19th, 21stand 23rd).
The 12 prizes are: £1000 cash prize, £500 AJ Boxing gift, Customized Nike trainers, £250 PLT vouchers, £250 JD sports vouchers, Flavour card, Free 6 months Spotify premium, XBOX series S & 20th anniversary controller, Apple Airpods, 1 year free Deliveroo (1 order of £25 a week at Wingstop UK only. This will be provided as a voucher applied to the winners Deliveroo account), £2000 cash and £250 Gymshark vouchers.
Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd (WINGSTOP UK) use of brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
The winner will be drawn at random.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
The decision of Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd (WINGSTOP UK) regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

A winner for each prize will be selected at random the day after the prize is announced. For example, the winner of the prize draw for 1st December will be selected on the 2nd December and contacted via email accordingly.
Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd (WINGSTOP UK) will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd (WINGSTOP UK) reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Please allow until 31st January 2022 for the prize to be sent to the winner.
You must follow us on Instagram to be eligible to claim your prize.

You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Lemon Pepper Holdings (WINGSTOP UK) for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

The winner agrees to the release of their first name to any other prize draw participants if requested via Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd (WINGSTOP UK)
An announcement of the winners first name may be used on Wingstop UK’s social media platforms.
All personal information shall be used in accordance with Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd (WINGSTOP UK) Privacy Notice. Limitation of Liability.
Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd (WINGSTOP UK) does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd (WINGSTOP UK) does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd (WINGSTOP UK) does not hold liability for any of the prize brands going into administration or their inability to fulfil the prize once sent to the winner by Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd (WINGSTOP UK).

Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd (WINGSTOP UK) reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
