MSE News: PCR testing firm Randox forced to give customers clearer information in T&Cs

PCR travel test provider Randox Health, one of the largest firms in the sector, has changed its terms and conditions to be clearer on when customers can expect tests and results to arrive and when they can cancel an order and claim a refund after intervention by the competition watchdog.

    What does this mean for us Randox customers who did not receive test results on time? Any compensation??

    Our tests were delayed in being received at the Northern Ireland testing facility (from London), we paid a lot of money for same day tests and Randox take no ownership over the issue.
