My personal favourite from many moons ago was pb, salad leaves, tomato, mayo, black pepper, cheese, apple, bacon and either seedless raspberry jam or redcurrant jelly - sounds weird but became a firm favourite with all of my friends despite the bacon, cheese and mayo being vegan!! 😉😂

I agree with @LaineyT and @MSE_Laura_F about the cucumber, I also like it with lime juice or freshly grated ginger stirred into it and then really fresh mint or coriander leaves and cucumber piled on top of it in a pita bread. It's nice with any pickled vegetables you've got like gherkins or pickled courgettes.
When its hot weather I stir the juice of half a lemon into a couple of tablespoons of PNB and then cut up radishes, carrots, lettuce hearts, cucumber and green apples to dip into it.2 -
Well these all sound delish. Cucumber's a funny one - I'd never have thought of it, but it does sound a really good pairing. Off to Mr T to pick some of these suggestions up . .0

So much to read, so little time.1 -
While I was throwing together a salad a while ago I remembered other things I have stirred into PNB to make either a dip or a drizzly dressing before now.
They were garlic and salt paste, soy sauce, maple syrup, tamarind sauce, honey, wine vinegar, sherry vinegar, pomegranate molasses, chopped flat leaf parsley, urfa chilli paste, chipotle chilli paste, rose harissa paste, can't think of any more at the moment.
I've never tried fish sauce or worcestershire because neither of those are vegetarian but they might be worth trying if you've got them hanging around. The other thing you might have handy at the moment is ginger wine, it makes a delicious salad dressing with balsamic vinegar so I think it could be worth trying with PNB. Then there's nutritional yeast that might be good too."She could squeeze a nickel until the buffalo pooped."

Bacon. Lovely.
I'm not keen on PNB (by itself) sandwiches - too gluey, but find PNB on toast a different thing altogether! Much better.
I've never tried it with anything else but interested in cucumber... possibly a spot of Lea and Perrins as well.1
