What goes with peanut butter in a sandwich?

I'd forgotten how bland a PNB sandwich is; it reminded me of school packed lunches. But cannot think of anything to include to enliven it. Any ideas, please?

Raspberry seedless jam; cheese and apple; salad and grapes; chips soaked in gravy with brown sauce....
My personal favourite from many moons ago was pb, salad leaves, tomato, mayo, black pepper, cheese, apple, bacon and either seedless raspberry jam or redcurrant jelly - sounds weird but became a firm favourite with all of my friends despite the bacon, cheese and mayo being vegan!! 😉😂DNF: £708.92/£1000

Cucumber, was one of my DM’s favourites3

Agree with @LaineyT's DM about cucumber. Such a good combination.
Also, crisps.
And separately, honey.1
