What kind of issues?"You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "1

Keeps signing me out then rejecting ID or password or both. The worst thing is lack of communication, tickets are just answered by auto response.0

They stopped sending me surveys with no warning some time ago. No idea why but I’d withdrawn my points so left it at that. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
I’ve had no issues with the surveys, but trying to withdraw rewards is painful. Now having finally signed into my account, the codes they sent return an error page. And so it goes on.Has anyone ever interacted with a human there?0

Sorry to hear you are having issues with PC. I've actually had 2 surveys this week and have withdrawn rewards without any problems. Have you tried raising a ticket via contact us on the site (as opposed to just emailing them)? I've found that to be better when I've had a problem in the past

Completed survey, took balance to enough for a £5 Amazon - claimed and redeemed within 5 mins0

First claim went through ok, although a long winded process compared to other companies. Seems to have become more and more glitchy with the cash claims. Eg error pages when logging in, codes not working….but the worst is the lack of contact and slow or automated responses. Thanks for responses - might try a gift card instead if that process is working better.0

Just claimed and received another £5 Amazon0

May I ask what kind of websites would show up the banner where Pinecone allows new joiners to register through?0
