For the record…. Been thinking on this a lot recently and it is now clear to me that I’m being a bit short sighted and most importantly I need to get even tighter control on our spending, pay off cc’s etc and we’ll be better off in the long run.When it comes round to it I’ll look to find the best deal possible for a simple remortgage with no extra borrowing.
