Wedding Anniversary Charity Donation poem

Hi All
I've been asked to make invitations for my in 'laws 40th Wedding Anniversary Party
However after losing loved ones to cancer they wish for a poem to be put onto the invites to explain instead of presents they simply wish to make a donation to charity
( this will either be done via justgiving link or cash)
ive searched the web and cant find anything - if anyone can help
