How do I get a Royal Mail refund from a voided postage label on Ebay?

I paid for a postage label through Ebay once I had sold an item but realised that I had put it as 1 gram rather than 1 kg. I paid for another postage label and went through the Ebay system to request a refund from RM. I received an email from Ebay to say that RM would look at this and refund within 15 days. On my Ebay account the payment is shown as Voided. I am still waiting over a month later and I'm not sure who to actually contact to get my money back. Can anyone please advise? I could try my credit card possibly but I need to show them I have tried to get my money back from Ebay or Royal Mail first.

I found my post office doesn't mind the weight on the package (apart from telling me off couple of times) just so you know.
In terms of the contact, I would try eBay support.

I tried Ebay support but there does not seem to be a number or email address.
