Competition with Freddie's Flowers, Snug & Little Greene Terms & Conditions

 

1. Entrants must reside in mainland UK, over 18 and not employees (or members of their families) of Freddie's Flowers, Snug & Little Greene. They must also not be connected to anyone associated with the draw.
2. By clicking the checkboxes you are agreeing that you are willing to receive future correspondence from Freddie's Flowers, Snug & Little Greene.
3. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. All entries will automatically become the property of Freddie's Flowers, Snug & Little Greene.
4. One selected winner will win a two-seater Sofa (up to the value of £1,189) from Snug. £500 worth of paint and wallpaper, as well as a video colour consultancy with Colour Specialist from Little Greene (worth £595). Plus a year’s worth of Freddie's Flowers, delivered one box per week for 52 consecutive weeks, to a single address of the winner's choosing. If the flower delivery cannot be taken for any reason during the one year period, that week's delivery cannot be reclaimed at a later date.
5. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw. Incomplete entries and entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible for the prize draw. Freddie's Flowers, Snug & Little Greene will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
6. Entry to the prize draw is free. No purchase necessary.
7. Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.
8. The competition closes at midnight on Sunday 5th December. The winner of the prize draw will be selected at random on Monday 6th December 2021.
9. The winners will be notified by email after the draw. If a winner cannot accept the prize for any reason or is not contactable within 48 hours then Freddie's Flowers, Snug & Little Greene reserves the right to award their prize to another entrant.
10. Freddie's Flowers, Snug & Little Greene’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. The prize winner agrees to the use of his or her names and addresses and/or photographs for publicity/promotional purposes. No additional compensation will be awarded for such publicity/promotional purposes.
12. Freddie's Flowers, Snug & Little Greene will provide the prize but accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever in relation to any matter arising out of this competition or the enjoyment of the prize.
13.  Freddie's Flowers, Snug & Little Greene reserve the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
