Paypal prize draw help please!

I'm having trouble with the current paypal prize draw, the one where you spend £10 and it counts as an entry to win money

Last week I opted in (I use the website, not the app) and made a couple of purchases and received emails to tell me each time that they counted as 1 entry to the draw.
Well this week I have made a few purchases and donations, all over £10, and NONE are counting as entries. I've received no emails to say so.
I'm getting really frustrated because I see lots of people winning and I can't even seem to enter anymore!
