No CCA unenforceable debts

Hi, out of 10 debts that I have, 7 have no CCA's. The defaults all drop off in 2023. I am now receiving many discounted offer settlements from the unenforceable DCA debts. Is there any value in clearing these debts one by one? My current plan is to keep saving what I can to clear the enforceable debts off first at discounted offers when I have a good lump sum ready. Thanks

I think you're right to concentrate on the enforceable debts as being of a higher priority that the unenforceable ones.
The only advantage to settling the unenforceable ones would be a partially settled marker on them. I don't think there's a lot of merit to that particularly if funds are tight.
