P87 Training at home

All of my work is mobile and site based, we do have a base but leave home in the morning in the company van and after completing jobs log off at home.
We have been asked to do some mandatory training approx 2-3 hours. This can be done either on the works mobile or at home on your own device (easier to complete on a ipad/laptop)
Overtime cannot be claimed but TOIL (time of in lieu can)
Does this allow us to complete a P87 on HMRC website as if training is completed at home i have undertaken company work (training) at home

under HMRC rules you can claim a whole years tax relief if you work from home at least once a year.
Does this apply to part days or training though0 -
That is where WFH is necessary because of Covid-19.0
