Can I get a job abroad in oil/gas industry?

I am 23 years old Ukrainian and my only citizenship is in Ukraine. I've never lived in other countries and got so-called education also in Ukraine. This sarcastic tone is due to the fact that this hypocritical nonsense called Ukrainian education haven't got any positive change since damned Soviet Union. I got master degree in petroleum engineering. To be precise - oil and gas production. 5 years were wasted for nothing. But please don't think that I am some kind of lazy peasant with alcoholism. I always had good marks, especially in related subjects. I've always wanted to get some useful skills and well-paid job as a result. Fortunately I am not like most Ukrainians, even though that's not enough to get a decent life since being born here means being doomed. During university days I didn't get any internship (just like the others) because this "country" is so "great". After graduating, I managed to find a so-called job. Yeah, you got it right, I am still not satisfied. Not only isn't it related to oil/gas production, but I am not even sure whether it is related to petroleum engineering at all. Firstly, we don't even have enough work at all. It would be good for some lazy dude living in a nice country, but I need relevant experience. Secondly, they just give me some work in WORD or AutoCAD (sometimes HYSYS) and most of the time it is just routine waste of my life. I forgot to mention that this is the only available job not just in my city but maybe even in the whole country. If you don't believe me, you can come and try to feel it. I gave you this information to let you understand my situation.
My aim is to live in a nice country and of course to have job in oil/gas industry. Thanks to some idiots, I was tricked into this unfortunate industry. Some people said that if you have enough experience, you can get a worker visa. But as you can see, there are some problems. I can't even start because there is no way to get good experience. I was browsing and understood that foreign employers want you to have at lest 3 years of excellent experience, and it has to be very specific experience relevant for a specific job, which has nothing to do with mine. Also, I noticed the fact that these employers don't have any desire to help you with worker visa and want you to have rights to live and work there (I don't blame them for this, on the contrary). Entry-level job are accessible only for such people, who don't include me. Even programs for graduates and traineeship are made for their own students. Then I was told about skilled worker visa, which you can get on your own. This option still includes experience, even though they won't check whether you really have some skills. But the flaw of this method is the fact that even if you get it, you have to cope in that country for some undefined time with no guarantee for success.
Now I'd like to ask people who know real information on this subject. But, please, don't give me this encouraging nonsense. I want to know the truth, no matter how sad it is. Is it possible for me to get what I want which is job and life abroad (forgot to mention that I want to get permanent residence after working there for few years without leaving the country). I am not considering getting old to get abroad. I want to get abroad until I am 26 (not including permanent residence of course). And if it is possible, then what's my best bet?

Best bet would be the actual oil producing countries .

Careful JJ, that could be construed as 'encouraging nonsense'0

Stop moaning, the so called Ukrainian education that hasn't been updated since Soviet times is still better than British education.-1

I can't really provide any help with your specific request but having lived in Russia for a while I can totally understand your frustration, I met so many people there, in their 20s, that seemed to have a doomed future in front of them. This is really sad, great people stucked in a shity system..best of luck anyway !0
